Dolores Taylor
Hébert W. Bolles Lifetime Achievement Award
For the past 18 years Dolores has been the Office Administrator for the RI State Council of Churches. She is the welcoming voice answering the phone when you call the council office. Over the years she has provided support for the many causes that the council has undertaken.
Dolores’ faith finds expression in many other ways as well. She is a longtime member of The Holy Name of Jesus Church and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries. She also served as Holy Name of Jesus Youth Group Advisor, sings in the Holy Name of Jesus Gospel Choir and was a youth leader/chaperone for Kunjenga Viongozi, an annual youth retreat sponsored by the office of Black Catholics at the Diocese of Providence.
The RISCC Governing Board recognizes her amazing dedication to the ministry of the council and is honored to bestow the Hébert W. Bolles Lifetime Achievement Award
