Jeremy Langill
Executive Minister
A native of Pasadena, CA, Jeremy has served as the Executive Minister of the Rhode Island State Councilof Churches since 2023. Prior to his work at the Council, he was the Senior Associate for Education and Formation and Children, Youth, and Families at All Saints Episcopal Church, Pasadena.
His commitment to a love-based Christian faith is grounded in the theological truth that God includes all and that God’s creative activity is reflected in the diversity of creation itself.
Jeremy is also a member of the philosophy faculty at Bridgewater State University — his academic interests are both theological and philosophical, and he is particularly concerned with the defense of democratic systems and the separation of church and state. -

Dolores Taylor
Executive Administrative Assistant
For the past 18 years, Dolores Taylor has been the Office Administrator for the RI State Council of Churches. She is the welcoming voice answering the phone when you call the council office. Over the years she has provided support for the many causes that the council has undertaken.
Dolores’ faith finds expression in many other ways as well. She is a longtime member of The Holy Name of Jesus Church and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries. She also served as Holy Name of Jesus Youth Group Advisor, sings in the Holy Name of Jesus Gospel Choir and was a youth leader/chaperone for Kunjenga Viongozi, an annual youth retreat sponsored by the office of Black Catholics at the Diocese of Providence.
